After years of steady growth across Europe, expanding into the US has been a long-held dream. Los Angeles, with its vibrant energy, diverse communities, and entrepreneurial spirit, was the perfect city to plant our flag. As of January 2026, our LA team is up and running, and we couldn't be more excited about what's ahead.
From the Netherlands to the world
Trust Marketing was founded in the Netherlands with a simple mission: connect people with the causes that matter through authentic, face-to-face conversations. What started as a small team in a Dutch office has grown into an international operation spanning six countries.
Today, Trust is active in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg — and now the United States. Each new market has brought fresh challenges and incredible opportunities, but our core values have never changed: we believe in the power of personal connection, the importance of teamwork, and the potential for everyone to grow.

What we do
For those who are new to Trust: we specialize in face-to-face marketing and fundraising. Our Sales Ambassadors represent charities and brands by having real conversations with real people — at their doorsteps, at events, and in public spaces. It's personal, it's effective, and it creates lasting connections between organizations and supporters.
Our partners include some of the biggest names in the nonprofit world. We help them grow their donor bases, raise awareness, and build communities of engaged supporters — all through the power of a great conversation.
Growing the US team
With our LA office now open, we're actively hiring across multiple roles. We're looking for ambitious, people-oriented individuals who want to be part of something special. Whether you're looking for a flexible side job as a Sales Ambassador or ready to take on a leadership role as a Branch Manager, there's a place for you at Trust.
And LA is just the start. We're already planning to expand to San Diego, New York, Chicago, and Houston. Our goal is to build a nationwide network of passionate teams who bring the Trust spirit to communities across America.
