What you'll do
- →Launch and manage the Chicago branch
- →Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- →Set targets and coach team members to consistently exceed them
- →Build and maintain relationships with charity partners in the Midwest
- →Develop local market strategies for the Chicago metro area
- →Report directly to the US Director and contribute to national strategy
- →Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
What we're looking for
- ✓3+ years of management experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field
- ✓Proven track record of building and leading successful teams
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset, excited to build something new
- ✓Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
- ✓Based in or willing to relocate to the Chicago area
- ✓Valid US work authorization
