Branch Manager Los Angeles
As Branch Manager in Los Angeles, you are the driving force behind our newest US location. You lead, inspire, and grow a team of ambitious sales professionals — and you're responsible for the overall performance of the branch.

What you'll do
- → Full P&L responsibility for the Los Angeles branch
- → Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- → Set targets and coach team members to consistently exceed them
- → Build and maintain relationships with charity partners and clients
- → Develop local market strategies to maximize growth
- → Report directly to the US Director and contribute to national strategy
- → Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
What we're looking for
- ✓ 3+ years of management experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field
- ✓ Proven track record of building and leading successful teams
- ✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓ Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
- ✓ Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
- ✓ Based in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area
- ✓ Valid US work authorization
