Branch Manager Houston
As Branch Manager in Houston, you'll bring Trust to the heart of Texas. With a massive metro area and a culture of generosity, Houston is the perfect market for face-to-face fundraising. You'll build and lead the team that makes it happen.

What you'll do
- → Launch and manage the Houston branch
- → Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- → Set targets and coach team members to consistently exceed them
- → Build and maintain relationships with charity partners in Texas
- → Develop local market strategies for the Houston metro area
- → Report directly to the US Director and contribute to national strategy
- → Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
What we're looking for
- ✓ 3+ years of management experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field
- ✓ Proven track record of building and leading successful teams
- ✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓ Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build something new
- ✓ Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
- ✓ Based in or willing to relocate to the Houston area
- ✓ Valid US work authorization
