Branch Manager San Diego
As Branch Manager in San Diego, you'll be the pioneer launching Trust's presence in America's Finest City. You'll build a team from scratch, establish local partnerships, and create a thriving sales operation in the San Diego market.

What you'll do
- →Launch and manage the San Diego branch from the ground up
- →Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- →Set targets and coach team members to consistently exceed them
- →Build and maintain relationships with charity partners and clients
- →Develop local market strategies specific to San Diego
- →Report directly to the US Director and contribute to national strategy
- →Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
What we're looking for
- ✓3+ years of management experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field
- ✓Proven track record of building and leading successful teams
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build something new
- ✓Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
- ✓Based in or willing to relocate to the San Diego area
- ✓Valid US work authorization
