Branch Manager San Diego
As Branch Manager in San Diego, you'll be the pioneer launching Trust's presence in America's Finest City. You'll build a team from scratch, establish local partnerships, and create a thriving sales operation in the San Diego market.

What you'll do
- → Launch and manage the San Diego branch from the ground up
- → Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- → Set targets and coach team members to consistently exceed them
- → Build and maintain relationships with charity partners and clients
- → Develop local market strategies specific to San Diego
- → Report directly to the US Director and contribute to national strategy
- → Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
What we're looking for
- ✓ 3+ years of management experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field
- ✓ Proven track record of building and leading successful teams
- ✓ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓ Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build something new
- ✓ Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
- ✓ Based in or willing to relocate to the San Diego area
- ✓ Valid US work authorization
