Branch Manager New York
As Branch Manager in New York, you'll bring Trust to the biggest market in the US. You'll launch our East Coast operations, build a powerhouse team, and establish Trust as a leading face-to-face fundraising company in the New York metro area.

What you'll do
- → Launch and manage the New York City branch
- → Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- → Set targets and coach team members to consistently exceed them
- → Build and maintain relationships with charity partners across the tri-state area
- → Develop market strategies for NYC's unique neighborhoods and demographics
- → Report directly to the US Director and contribute to national strategy
- → Foster a positive, high-energy team culture
What we're looking for
- ✓ 3+ years of management experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field
- ✓ Proven track record of building and leading successful teams
- ✓ Strong communication skills and NYC market knowledge
- ✓ Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
- ✓ Available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
- ✓ Based in or willing to relocate to the New York metro area
- ✓ Valid US work authorization
