Recruitment Manager Los Angeles

What you'll do
- →Develop and execute recruitment strategies for the LA market
- →Source candidates through job boards, social media, campus events, and referrals
- →Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for sales ambassador roles
- →Manage the full onboarding process for new hires
- →Build relationships with universities, colleges, and community organizations
- →Track recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring funnel
- →Coordinate with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives
What we're looking for
- ✓2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- ✓Excellent communication skills and a natural people person
- ✓Experience with social media recruiting and modern sourcing techniques
- ✓Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple pipelines
- ✓Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
- ✓Based in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area
- ✓Valid US work authorization
