Sales Manager Los Angeles

What you'll do
- → Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 8-15 Sales Ambassadors
- → Conduct daily team briefings and field training sessions
- → Monitor individual and team performance against targets
- → Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned territories
- → Handle escalated donor interactions and quality assurance
- → Identify and develop future team leaders within your group
- → Report on team performance and provide actionable insights
What we're looking for
- ✓ 1+ year of experience in sales, team leadership, or field management
- ✓ Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- ✓ Proven ability to motivate others and drive results
- ✓ Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- ✓ Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
- ✓ Based in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area
- ✓ Valid US work authorization
