What you'll do
- →Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 8 to 15 Sales Ambassadors
- →Conduct daily team briefings and field training sessions
- →Monitor individual and team performance against targets
- →Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned territories
- →Handle escalated donor interactions and quality assurance
- →Identify and develop future team leaders within your group
- →Report on team performance and provide actionable insights
What we're looking for
- ✓1+ year of experience in sales, team leadership, or field management
- ✓Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- ✓Proven ability to motivate others and drive results
- ✓Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
- ✓Available for a minimum of 32 hours per week
- ✓Based in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area
- ✓Valid US work authorization
